Whether you book with Flint Photo or with someone else, always be sure to sign a contract that is fair, clearly written and includes everything you’re promised.
We require a deposit of 1/2 the fee at the time of contract signing. The deposit guarantees our availability and we won’t back out of the contract for another wedding. The remainder of the fee is due by the wedding date.

Our services are flexible. If you’re in need of a particular service not included in the contract or if there is a service we usually offer that you’d like deleted from the contract I’d be happy to make up a custom contract to send to you.
A lot of times it’s difficult to know exactly what your plans are for the wedding day. Just fill out the contract with as much detail as you know and we’ll fill the rest in as time passes along.

Once we receive the contract we’ll sign it, record the payment of the deposit and mail it back to you for your records.
